Amazing place. They play great music, approve you and only show you cars you can walk away with, and they give you free coffee. Jokes aside KAO made my purchase easier the longer I stayed. My salesman Justin was knowledgeable, easy to talk with an relate to, and instilled a lot of confidence for a first time purchaser. If you need a car then you need KAO. After my minivan kept breaking down and leaving me stranded, I was fed up. So me and my husband decided to go to Kitsap Auto to see about getting something a bit newer and more reliable. I had a great experience buying my car this weekend. Justin and Scott were incredibly patient while I looked at several different vehicles and made sure I found something that truly fit my needs. I never felt pressured, and they really listened to what I was looking for. The whole process felt comfortable and straightforward. Amazing amazing people and very accommodating to you and your family. Joshua and the manager Keith were amazing!! Me and my family were extremely lucky to have the quickest but less stressful time at their dealership. They kept working and working until they found the perfect car for me and my family. This place is amazing!!! I didn't go wanting to buy a car lol but I did in the end. I got an amazing car(kia forte) with low mileage, no cosigner, and no money down. Rayvin and his crew of minions helped me a ton. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you have a lower credit score and hope for a chance. I had a multi-layered car buying need and the sales and finance team were all great to work with. Josh has an unusual amount of energy and proved to be both professional as well as entertaining. I was impressed he had a hand written list of cars specifically picked out to fit my fairly narrow parameters before I walked in—we had a text convo prior. He offered honest opinions and personal anecdote which were appreciated. I bought 2 cars so I’d say it was a success.

Very inviting environment! The whole crew eliminates any stress of the the car buying experience. I worked with Justin and he was able to get me into a 2023 kia soul with a minimal down payment. Couldn't of asked for a friendlier and more honest group of dudes willing to work to get you into some new wheels! Definitely will be coming back for my car buying needs!
