After my minivan kept breaking down and leaving me stranded, I was fed up. So me and my husband decided to go to Kitsap Auto to see about getting something a bit newer and more reliable. They were able to get us into a vehicle a lot newer with a lot less mileage. They also made sure to find something that fit our family. But wait, there's more! They also bought my old POS for a pretty fair price considering its condition. The staff are all wonderful and it was the most chill car buying experience I've ever had. I had a great experience buying my car this weekend. Justin and Scott were incredibly patient while I looked at several different vehicles and made sure I found something that truly fit my needs. I never felt pressured, and they really listened to what I was looking for. The whole process felt comfortable and straightforward. Amazing amazing people and very accommodating to you and your family. Joshua and the manager Keith were amazing!! Me and my family were extremely lucky to have the quickest but less stressful time at their dealership. They kept working and working until they found the perfect car for me and my family. Had an amazing experience with Kitsap Auto Outlet! Walked in the shop just looking at cars and seen this amazing looking audi with an amazing deal. Rayvin and his crew helped me a lot with this car and they were super amazing and supportive people. Great experience and love my new car!

This place is amazing!!! I didn't go wanting to buy a car lol but I did in the end. I got an amazing car(kia forte) with low mileage, no cosigner, and no money down. Rayvin and his crew of minions helped me a ton. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you have a lower credit score and hope for a chance. I had a multi-layered car buying need and the sales and finance team were all great to work with. Josh has an unusual amount of energy and proved to be both professional as well as entertaining. I was impressed he had a hand written list of cars specifically picked out to fit my fairly narrow parameters before I walked in—we had a text convo prior. He offered honest opinions and personal anecdote which were appreciated. I bought 2 cars so I’d say it was a success.

This was honestly probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership. The whole energy here is very comfortable and fun. I had the pleasure of working with Joshua who was not only super knowledgeable but personable and friendly as well. My first car! Josh was amazing and very patient. It felt like I stepped into a relatives house. My dad had to leave during it and he did a very good job at making me feel like I was taken care of!
